I'm an experienced Counsellor & Supervisor based in Kent, able to offer you a face to face, online or telephone counselling service if you are experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, anger, bereavement, relationship problems, stresses, low confidence / self-esteem, addictions. Let me help you gain some clarity and insight on the difficulties that you might be struggling with, to help you to move forward from the struggles that you are feeling. As an experienced Counsellor I can offer you effective counselling support to help you get to a better place of living, to make sense of what is causing you distress and discomfort.
Let's be honest, life at times can challenging and difficult, and the events and feelings that we experience during these times can be unsettling and confusing, though such moments do not have to define, entrap or hold you back. Do you want to change to your life; do you want to be free from the difficulties that currently sit with you? You may have been contemplating where to go, what to do, how to go about achieving such a change...…well, the fact that you are reading this would suggest you have awoken and are ready to start that process of change to your life.
When is going to be the right time for you to invest in yourself, to seek and find a better way of thinking and feeling? The reality and truth is that as long as you live lost in thought you are not really living. A life that is experienced only through the mind and its stories is like a black and white picture of a beautiful sunset: drab and dreary.
If you have never experienced the benefits of counselling before then you may understandably feel a little unsure and nervous about taking that first step, though in doing so it will enable you to unlock and set free the potential that deep down you know already exists within you. Just think for a moment about the life that you want to lead; what does that look like, what would that feel like?

Everyone deserves a life of meaning, purpose and fulfilment, and together we'll identify the direction that you want to take to achieve this. We'll do this together by you having the time and space to share your thoughts and feelings, and for these to be fully heard.
We'll work together on ways in which you can realise your aims, help you understand the narratives and script patterns that may play out in your life, and how to you break free from these and make positive changes to your life.

Supervision
I have many years' experience as a Supervisor supporting and nurturing other counsellors (qualified and trainees) in their clinical work, and with their regulatory requirements as a professional in practice. I can also provide supervision sessions for those that work in a profession that requires clinical supervisory support (health & social care).
